No. Your standard 4 hour rental time is play time. We arrive early to set up so you get the full rental window. Setup timing depends on the day’s schedule, usually 1 to 3 hours before your start time. On heavy delivery days, setup may happen earlier, and we will call ahead to confirm access.

Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
We have rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Hattiesburg Inflatables cleans and disinfects each unit.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Some parks require you to make arrangements with the city to reserve your spot.
What payments do you take?
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, it must be approved by Hattiesburg Inflatables prior to your rental date and you must have the exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, all orders require a 20% deposit of the total order by Credit Card or cash deposit. Please schedule your deposit with our office at 601-516-5867 immediately. Hattiesburg Inflatables reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is not made in a timely manner.
If you need to cancel your event please contact Hattiesburg Inflatables at 601-516-5867 and a representative will cancel your order. No email cancellations or text messages are accepted.
This is fully refundable in the form of a rain check to be used within 1 year if your order is canceled at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2 and 7 days prior you will not be given a refund of any kind. If you are canceling due to rain or weather related issues refunds are only given in the form of a rain check to be used within 1 year. If the percentage of rain is greater than 50% or at the discretion of Hattiesburg Inflatables we may cancel your event for the safety of the users.
How big are the jumps?
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15x15 which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump as some are very big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space. Jumps need room to be staked and need room for the blower, and they cannot rub against walls or trees.
What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least 40 foot access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Our staff will evaluate your landscape and place the inflatable in the best location for safety. We can set up on grass, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we cannot set up on any type of rocks as constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules and weight limits, or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to replacement costs.
